Glow Veil began with a ladder, a knot of last year's lights, and the discovery that half of them no longer worked. Putting up Christmas lights had turned into an afternoon of untangling, testing and restringing, for a result that looked much the same every year and had to come down again in January.
That seemed backwards to us. The hard part should not be the installation, and the interesting part should not be one static colour for one month of the year.
What we built
Glow Veil is a curtain rather than a string. The strands hang from a single top line, already evenly spaced, so a facade that used to eat an afternoon takes about fifteen minutes and one trip up the ladder. Every bulb is individually addressable, which is what makes animation possible at all: snowfall, chase, twinkle, fade, candy cane, or a flat wash of any colour you like.
All of it runs from an app. Pair once, pick a scene, set a schedule, then leave it alone. No timer to reset, no controller buried behind a bush.
Not only December
Because the colours are yours to choose, the curtain does not disappear into a box on Boxing Day. Orange through Halloween, warm amber on a summer evening, your team's colours on match day. It earns its place on the house all year.
How we work
We ship worldwide at no charge, and every curtain comes with 30 nights to change your mind and a two-year warranty. If it does not do what we said it would, it comes back without an argument. We would rather lose a sale than defend a bad one.
