What it covers
A controller that stops responding, a section of the curtain that goes dark, a power adapter that fails, or a fault in the strands themselves, within two years of delivery. Send us a short video and your order number and we ship a replacement free of charge.
What it does not cover
Physical damage, water getting in through a cut or crushed cable, connection to a voltage other than the one printed on the adapter, and normal wear on the mounting hardware. Leaving the plug end exposed to standing water is misuse rather than a defect — that connection is the one part that needs to stay under cover.
How to claim
Email support@glowveil.com with your order number and a video showing the fault. Most claims are resolved in a single reply, and you do not need to return the faulty unit before the replacement is sent.
