These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. Placing an order means you agree to them.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and the contract is formed at that point. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where the price was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud — and we refund you in full if we do.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region and include our margin and delivery. Import duty and local tax are not included and remain the recipient's responsibility. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the wallet providers shown there. We neither see nor store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and start when the carrier collects the parcel. Full detail is on the shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and warranty
Our 30-night trial and two-year warranty are set out on the returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Using the product
Glow Veil curtains are rated for outdoor use with an indoor power supply. Do not submerge the controller or adapter, do not cut or splice the strands, and do not connect them to a voltage other than the one printed on the adapter. Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.
Intellectual property
The text, photography, layout and branding on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Accuracy
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and we do not warrant that every detail is free of error. Where a description is wrong, your remedy is a return under our returns policy.
Liability
We are liable for loss that follows foreseeably from our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
